This document is a public offer of the individual entrepreneur Ivan Konstantinovich Poberezhniuk (PSRNIE (OGRNIP) 326385000099340, TIN (INN) 381206589662, Irkutsk, Russian Federation; the “Rightholder”) to enter into an agreement granting a simple (non-exclusive) licence to use the computer program “RageTun” on the terms set out below.
Under art. 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this offer is addressed to an indefinite range of persons. Payment for the licence constitutes acceptance of the offer (full and unconditional acceptance of its terms) under art. 438(3) of the Civil Code. From the moment of acceptance the agreement is deemed concluded on the terms of this offer.
Program — the computer program “RageTun”, a network manager for Windows that routes network traffic on the User’s device. Licence — the right to use the Program’s extended features (the Pro plan) for the scope and term of the paid plan. User — the person who has accepted the offer. Licence key — a unique sequence that activates the Licence.
2.1. The Rightholder grants the User a simple (non-exclusive) licence to use the Program’s extended features (the Pro plan) for 30 (thirty) or 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) calendar days from payment. A renewal is added to any unexpired paid term.
2.2. The Program’s basic features (the Free plan) are provided free of charge and are not restricted by this offer. On first installation the Program may provide trial access to the Pro features for 7 (seven) days (the “trial period”).
2.3. The Program is provided “as is”. The Rightholder does not warrant that the Program will operate without errors; the Program is in active development (beta).
2.4. RageTun is a client program for traffic routing and does not provide access to any servers or networks. The User configures connections (including server addresses and access parameters) independently, using their own data. The Rightholder does not provide communication services and does not provide access to any third-party resources.
3.1. Licence price: 299 roubles for 30 days or 2,490 roubles for 365 days. The price shown at checkout is fixed for that order until payment. Prices are in Russian roubles; VAT is not charged (professional-income tax applies).
3.2. Payment is made by bank card or via the Faster Payments System through a payment service — YooKassa (YooMoney LLC) or T-Kassa (TBank JSC). The specific service is determined at the time of payment; both are engaged by the Rights Holder on lawful grounds. The Rights Holder applies the professional income tax regime and, by law, does not use cash register equipment: a receipt for each settlement is issued by the Rights Holder through the Russian Federal Tax Service and, where technically available, is provided to the User by a link on the payment-result page.
3.3. Procedure: the User selects a plan on the website and pays; after payment is confirmed the licence key is shown to the User on the payment page. The key is provided immediately after the payment service confirms payment (usually within a few minutes). The result page shows an order number and a separate recovery code. The recovery code, not the order number alone, authorises retrieval of the key during the recovery window. Where technically available, the tax receipt is linked from the result page.
3.4. Registration and provision of personal data are not required to purchase. We recommend saving the licence key after payment. If the key is lost, it can be recovered on the website using the saved recovery code for 30 days after payment, or afterwards by contacting support and providing the order number.
4.1. The User may use the Program within the paid plan on the number of devices set by the plan (by default — one device; other devices on the User’s network gain access through the route-sharing feature).
4.2. The User may not modify or decompile the Program, circumvent licensing mechanisms, or transfer the key to third parties for resale.
4.3. The User undertakes to use the Program in accordance with applicable law and bears sole responsibility for the purposes and means of its use.
4.4. The Rights Holder may extend the licence or trial term free of charge (bonus days) — including under the referral program and promotions. Bonus days are not a standalone service, have no monetary value, are non-refundable and are not taken into account in refunds. The Rights Holder may change the accrual terms and revoke days accrued in violation of them (in particular, in cases of artificial farming).
5.1. The licence key is a result of intellectual activity (a licence to the Program) provided in digital form. As a general rule, a licence of proper quality is not subject to return or exchange after activation (start of use). This provision does not limit the User’s rights under clauses 5.2 and 5.3 and under consumer-protection law.
5.2. If the paid term has not been used, the User may request a refund within 14 (fourteen) days of payment and provide the order number. For a purchase made from the app, technical pre-binding to the device does not by itself count as use; use is recorded by the first licence request from the client after payment. The licensing-service records are checked before the refund.
5.3. If defects in the Program are found (improper quality), the User may demand free removal of the defects, a proportionate price reduction, replacement, or withdrawal from the agreement with a refund, in accordance with the Russian Federation Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
5.4. Refunds are made by the same method used for payment, within no more than 10 (ten) business days of receiving the request.
6.1. As the Program is provided “as is”, the Rightholder is not liable for any losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Program, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6.2. The Rightholder’s aggregate liability is limited to the price of the paid Licence.
